I am a lifelong lover of crafting and creating with my hands. As a child, I spent many afternoons lost in the backyard mixing “potions” with flower petals and shiny pebbles.

In my twenties I fell in love with gardening - my gateway was succulents on my apartment patios. In 2017 my parents let me take over our family’s backyard.

My journey to growing my own cut flowers came during a season of deep grief after my younger brother Richard died at the age of 21. I found solace in spending afternoons with my hands in the dirt, alone with my thoughts.

Left Field Flower Co. is a suburban micro flower farm and florist that grows our own specialty cut flowers. In the case we don’t have flowers on deck, we source from other local farms and growers! Our design style is lush, whimsical, down-to-earth flower arrangements full of color, texture, and fragrance.

We hope our arrangements bring joy, delight - and remind you that sometimes, the best things in life come out of left field.
